Introduction to being an ALTA Staff for Girls and Parents
5:00 - 6:30pm Saturday, August 28, 2021
ALTA Application Due: Saturday, September 18, 2021
Interview scheduled in-person or by zoom: Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Prunedale
Interview results will be emailed to staff candidates by October 2, 2021
To be considered for 2021-2022 ALTA Staff, you must meet all of the following: have successfully completed Phase 3 of Camp Artemis (optional this year); be entering 9th grade or higher; be 14 by Fall 2022; and apply, interview, and be accepted into the ALTA Program.
Parents, please be aware:
•Youth staff commitment to attend one weekend meeting per month and the week of camp.
•Must be a registered Girl Scout (or register upon acceptance into ALTA)
•The Youth Staff meets in Prunedale/Salinas from 6pm Friday night to 12pm Sunday monthly.
•The cost is $170 which includes all weekends and camp. Financial aid may be available.
*Uniform is required which is an Artemis Polo t-shirt (approximately $15).
